The word Jew is a very broad term that goes well beyond the Hebrew/Israelite, Tribe of Judah Jews.

Many people incorrectly believe that the name Jew includes the Northern Kingdom Israelites. Furthermore, that the Jews residing in the ‘State of Israel’ today are the Jews of the Bible. But are they? Well, some may be, however many are not.
