Our articles, events, downloads and other resources are for information and study. Please do not present our material as your own or use the site unlawfully. Contact us if you want permission to reproduce or publish an item beyond ordinary personal or study use. We may update information and fix errors; if a paid event or membership has specific conditions, read those at its checkout before paying.
Orders and returns
The Online BI Bookstore handles its own product orders, delivery, change-of-mind returns and refunds at the linked policies above. If you purchased from this main site rather than the bookstore, email office@britishisrael.org.au with your order or transaction details so we can identify the payment and help. We will not impose a blanket deadline on rights under Australian Consumer Law. Goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law, and nothing on this page limits those rights.
Donations and memberships
Donations are voluntary contributions. If you made a donation by mistake or have a problem with a payment, contact us promptly so we can review it and comply with applicable law and payment-provider rules. Membership and event fees, if offered, may have conditions displayed before payment. Contact us for help with cancellation or a disputed charge. We do not claim that statutory rights can be excluded.
